The following files are in Adobe Acrobat Reader format and go in the CD jewel case. You'll need to make your own label for the CD itself, as the format and layout changes depending upon whose actual blank labels you are using and it's unlikely that you'd have the same blank label I'm using. For your guidance, however, my label is provided here. Note that you'll need to make labels for two CDs.
